How does timed ticketing work?
When you purchase your tickets you will buy them for a half hour block (ex. 8-8:30pm). You should arrive during your time block but you are not required to leave at a certain time based on your time block. The purpose of the time blocks is to stagger entrance times to reduce crowd sizes and ensure everyone can have a great experience.
How much is it to ride the carousel or Oaks Park train?
Free! Carousel and train rides are included as a part of your admission fee.
How much is Mini Golf or Roller Skating?
Oaks Park’s normal rates apply for mini golf and skating in the roller rink. Those are as follows:
Mini golf: $11 ages 6+ (kids 5 and under are free with a paid adult ticket)
Roller skating: $13 (which includes skate rental)
Mini golf is open during the Winter Gleam event hours. The Oaks Park roller rink operates on its own hours. Skating hours can be found at oakspark.com/hours
What happens if it rains/snows?
We do not close for rain or snow. Check the weather and plan your trip accordingly. We will not issue refunds due to the weather.
Do I need multiple tickets for more than one child visiting Santa?
The pricing is per photo, not per Santa visitor. You can have multiple people in a single Santa photo. If you want additional photos, you can purchase them at the event too.
Do I have to pre-purchase Santa photos?
Pre-purchasing gives you priority for entry during and after your time slot. However, we do admit walk-ins so you do not have to pre-purchase Santa photos to be able to get in.
Are there 21+ drinks at this event?
Yes, you will be able to purchase beer, cider, and wine offerings.
Are pets allowed?
Per Oaks Park, friendly dogs are welcome. No other animals are allowed except trained service animals. Care and clean-up are the responsibility of the handler. Dogs/service animals must be leashed and attended at all times. Only service animals are allowed on the miniature golf course; no pets. For everyone’s safety, animals, including service animals, are not permitted on the rides.
Are there separate tickets for kids?
Tickets for ages 6-12 are $15. Ages 13+ are $18. Kids age 5 and under do not need an admission ticket. Photos with Santa are the same for all ages with packages starting at $20.
Is there a charge for parking?
Oaks Amusement Park does charge up to $5 for parking in their parking lot. There are kiosks and QR codes available to take payment on site.
Can I change my day/time?
Usually yes. Email info@wintergleampdx.com or use our contact form to request the change and if the day/time is available we will do our best to accommodate the change.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Your tickets are QR codes which you may transfer to someone else via email. Be advised, each QR code will only allow for one admission and may not be reused.
I bought tickets but I can’t use them. Can I get a refund?
